COMPLETION OF WORK

The AHL DESIGN & ENGINEERING team is pleased to announce the completion and inauguration of the Mohammed VI International University Hospital in Rabat, Morocco.

This exceptional project, covering an area of 190,000 m², embodies a vision of the future for medicine.

The university hospital, which is part of the Mohammed VI Foundation for Science and Health, is a new-generation facility designed to provide cutting-edge care and train the talents of tomorrow.

Centres of excellence and cutting-edge technologies :

• A 3,400 m² integrated operating theatre, covering all surgical specialities.
• Breakthrough technologies: robotic surgery, neurosurgery, neuro-navigation and robotic scanning.
• A treatment unit for severe burns that meets international standards.
• A hyperbaric and hypobaric oxygen therapy centre, unique in Morocco and Africa.
• Deployment of digital tools and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for connected and precise medicine.

Key information:

- 21 operating theatres

- 2 recovery rooms

- 4 shielded X-ray rooms

- 1 room equipped with a surgical robot

- Partitions : 5,000 m² of HPL panels

- Fx PI : 2,700 m² of HPL panels

- Lead-lined frames : 4 U

- Floor covering : 2,725 m² of PVC
