As an engineering consultancy specialising in building services engineering, cleanrooms and complex technical projects, AHL Design & Engineering believes that sustainable performance is measured not only by the quality of the projects we deliver, but also by the positive impact we create for people and communities.
With this in mind, we are proud to support Rêv'Elles, a French non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering young women aged 14 to 20 and helping them build confidence in their future.
The organisation is built on a simple yet powerful belief: knowing yourself better is the key to making informed educational and career choices.
To help young women unlock their potential, Rêv'Elles focuses on three educational objectives:
Three times a year, during the October, February and April school holidays, the association organises Rêv'Elles Ton Potentiel, a free five-day programme combining interactive workshops, meetings with inspiring female professionals and company visits.
More than a career guidance programme, it is a transformative experience that enables participants to discover their strengths, gain confidence and envision new opportunities for their future.
